We were referred to Kirti by a close friend for marriage based GC process. From the start of the process, she was overtly helpful, caring and quick to respond to all queries. The process is not simple and has a lot of steps but Kirti was ever present and made us feel like we were in full control of t...he process. Her follow up was professional and timely. We communicated exclusively through email and phone but never felt she was not there. . She especially put us at ease prior to the GC interview and answered a myriad of questions patiently. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any kind of immigration help.

So here it goes. As her site says that she provides free consultation. Be very careful here, When I called her she told me that she is busy and going to the courts and we spoke for like 2-5 min. After the 1st 5 min chat i called her again and she suggested to make an appointment and come to her... office. And I did what she said after the meeting she said that I need to pay her $120/hr for this consultation. I was shocked as it was supposed to be a was initial consultation. I asked her about the free consultation, she said it already happened, at this point I dint wanted to argue with her and gave her my credit card she charged it. She also wrote a letter for me to give it to USCIS officer which was included in her package. And we both agreed that after my usics visit I will see if i need to hire her . She clearly told me to text her or send her an email regarding my case. I visited the USICS office and texted her she replied once and from that point was no response no at all. I tried calling her and left her voice mails many times but there was no response.
