Michael Alan Pignone

Michael Pignone has a great understanding of the laws for DUI cases as well as misdemeanor drug charges! Mr. Pignone was able to review the facts of my case and determine the best possible outcome for me. He did not go automatically try to find the easiest way to go about having the case settled, but... made sure that as his client I was given the best outcome! No jail time and a short suspension of license is what he was able to have offered to me! I can now get this case behind me and move across the country as I have been attempting to do long before the charges came about. Without Mr.Pignone the outcome would have been entirely different. He is worth every penny and I'm thankful that he was referred to me.

I hired Mr. Pignone for a DUI and a refusal. He continued the case 4 times without additional charge to force the prosecutor to provide discovery. Yesterday, they still hadn't given it to us. Mr. Pignone refused to let them continue it again. I ended up with a Reckless Driving, no ASAP classes and no... loss of license. Oh, the refusal was also dismissed.
