OUTCOME: Not Guilty

Client charged with DUI after an accident into private property. Through discovery, we learned there were every evidentiary problems with the case. The prosecutor offered to reduce it to Reckless Driv ... ing. We declined and set it for trial. After hours of testimony and arguments, including multiple objections from the prosecutor, the Judge agreed with us and found my client Not Guilty.
