I was impressed with his ability to explain the law for my situation. Gradually, I noticed patterns in being unprepared with basic information and not listening to me. He would invert my name and my son's name, not have SS numbers, incomes, etc. As the actual hearing for temporary custody began, he w...as asking me my income and almost let my wife lie about her income until I interjected. My wife subsequently was dishonest several times but I later learned that Mr. Harvill had not arranged for a court reporter so there is no legal record of what she testified about. The results of the hearing were devastating to me, and after 6 weeks, I still did not have an official and signed copy of the court order.

Mr. Harvill provided us with outstanding representation in a civil suit against our former landlord.
