Primarily commercial litigation between businesses and other business and business and consumers. I also provide employment litigation and advice for small businesses.

Real estate litigation, including sales contract litigation, boundary disputes, HOA disputes, Residential landlord and commercial tenant disputes.

Appellate procedure and litigation primarily in federal court in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. I also help litigants navigate the appeals process in Virginia Courts form the lowest level, up to the Supreme Court of Virginia.
