No miracles, just a very good job organizing and presenting our case (EB2 NIW).
It took us 2 years from the first call to cards in hands. Total expenses (including medical exams and government’s fees) piled up well above 10k for the family of 4. There were also: a minor hiccup with medical exams expired before our case was reviewed, an unannounced fee of 1k, and unexpectedly heavy workload on our part preparing documents.
I know, it does not sound too good comparing to “I got my GC in three months for free!” fairytales, but so much better than all the terrible stories you can hear about lives screwed by mishandled applications. So, we decided not to gamble, and overall, we were very happy with our choice of attorney through the process, and obviously in the end : )

We just passed USCIS interview for getting visa for U.S. permanent residency for my wife. She came to the U.S. having a tourist visa, then we got married here and applied for the status adjustment for her. Mr. Bauer was very knowledgable, helpful and professional during all phases of the process, starting from initial consultation, application preparation and today visit to the USCIS branch in Baltimore. Everything went on smoothly and effectively, and it seems that our application is going to be approved shortly. I highly recommend Mr. Bauer as a great professional for immigration visa related cases.

My wife and I brought a complicated immigration case to Mr. Bauer three years ago. He guided us with expert counsel and frank advice. He was resourceful, patient, and dogged in the face of complications arising in the course of our case. He did not waver or lose confidence when our application was contested by the government. His written response to USCIS's intent to deny letter was masterful--and apparently convincing, as my wife finally received her Green Card. I am happy to recommend Mr. Bauer's services.
