No miracles, just a very good job organizing and presenting our case (EB2 NIW). It took us 2 years from the first call to cards in hands. Total expenses (including medical exams and government’s fees) piled up well above 10k for the family of 4. There were also: a minor hiccup with medical exams exp...ired before our case was reviewed, an unannounced fee of 1k, and unexpectedly heavy workload on our part preparing documents. I know, it does not sound too good comparing to “I got my GC in three months for free!” fairytales, but so much better than all the terrible stories you can hear about lives screwed by mishandled applications. So, we decided not to gamble, and overall, we were very happy with our choice of attorney through the process, and obviously in the end : )
