I am an experienced attorney, proficient troubleshooter, and crisis manager, able to identify core issues, complex problems, and provide realistic solutions under time sensitive conditions and public scrutiny. I am a Partner and Consult Attorney in the firm of Tully Rinckey, PLLC, located in Washington D.C. and my practice is focused on my insights and skills within the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs specifically on Military Law, National Security and Policy, and Security Clearances. My advice and counsel centers around four ideals: Trust, Confidence, Professionalism, and Integrity.

I have worked tirelessly to effectively gain positive results for all my clients in my previous positions as the Acting General Counsel to the Department of Veterans Affairs; Senior Counsel and Director of Congressional Investigations, Office of General Counsel, Department of Defense; and finally serving honorably on Active Duty in the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps for over 27 years, retiring in the grade of Colonel.
