Michael C Robinett

Michael Robinett works with Simeone & Miller, LLP as an attorney, of counsel, handling major personal injury cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, and civil rights litigation. Admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of the District of Columbia and Maryland, Michael has litigated a variety of complex cases. He has secured some of the largest jury verdicts of those published in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, including the highest jury verdict in a 2012 auto accident case and the highest jury verdict in a 2014 premises liability case. Michael is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, where he participated in the Street Law program and competed as a quarter-finalist in the Mock Trial Competition. To date, he has successfully obtained countless jury verdicts in excess of the insurance company’s final settlement offer. He also handles cases in the Court of Special Appeals in Maryland.   Office:
