I retained this attorney on an hourly basis not knowing he would need to work my employment discrimination case for over a decade. Although he was successful in the Federal District and Appeals courts, he failed to settle my case after 10 years of work including over a year in mediation and withdrew... from my unsettled case and left me to continue my case ProSe. Then he had the audacity to file a lien on my settled case in the Federal District to get paid before I received my settlement payment. the district court judge denied his claim. Since I received payment he has filed numerous frivolous lawsuits in three courts (Federal District and Appeals Courts and the District of Columbia Superior Court). He badgered me during my deposition to sobbing tears. In my opinion he lacks intergrity and is a bully. I have a pending DC BAR complaint for his unethical and unprofessional conduct in my case. I would not recommend hiring this attorney unless you are seeking a decade long case on an hourly rate and want to be treated unethically, unprofessionally and bullied for his paid services.
