I have been a client of Glen and ILG since June 2007. Glen and his team have had assisted me both in H1B and PERM processes. Glen and his team are extremely knowledgeable, prepared, hard working and professional. Not only am I impressed by their work ethic and how much they all know about the changi...ng rules but also how they care about their clients. I contacted Glen Wasserstein in 2007 due to my overstay in the United States where my daughter was born. Glen was very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation. He was very dependable and helped me work out longer stay in the Us with Homeland Security for the child custody case. He had arranged... times and contacts for me so that I could remain with my daughter during this process (over a year). I am now back in Canada and I am able to fly into the Us to pick up and return or spend a few weeks with my daughter. Mr. Wasserstein was my attorney for several work visa filings, and eventually my permanent residency application. Over the course of 9 years, I have come to rely on Mr. Wasserstein to help me navigate and understand the complexities - and mounds of paperwork - typically associated with migrating to t...he United States. A few years ago, the INS erroneously denied a work visa filed on my behalf. Because of his extensive knowledge of immigration law, we were able to identify the error and respond to the INS quickly. The INS subsequently reversed the erroneous decision.
