If you check the website of this attorney, you will find no phone number and there is no obvious contact information except his office email address. I hired him and then I regret I did so, he does not focus on details and when you want somebody to talk with about urgent issue, then you gotta shoot h...im an email and wait for the miracle call to come in few days. When he call you back he uses anonymous phone numbers that keep changing itself with every single call so that you wouldn’t be able to call him back directly. In addition he provided such a horrible recommendation regarding how to respond to RFE which It delayed my case months just because he and his staff did not pay attention to the details. I wouldn’t recommend this attorney to anybody and do not let him fool you with the clips of his TV channels interviews.

My case was one simply of paperwork filing. I was naturalized as a citizen when I was 13 and needed to file an N600 for a certificate for my work and also for my wife's status. Glen filed the paperwork, but never kept me informed as to what was going on. He told me it would take anywhere between 5...-6 months. As it approached month 7 I contacted the paralegal assigned to my case, but she no longer worked there (never was informed of this change). When I tried to get Glen on the phone he avoided my phone calls and only replied to me via email. As I told him my frustrations he only replied to me with his ego claiming that I was taking the wrong tone with him. As I replied further all he did was refund my money and told me to get another lawyer. I even clearly stated to him that all I wanted to do was get to the finish line and that I did not want a refund. I am befuddled by this outcome, because I went to him after reading many great reviews. I'm just lost at this result or lack there of.
