Glen is a fantastic lawyer. I could not have asked for a better experience navigating the immigration laws here in the United States. My case was one simply of paperwork filing. I was naturalized as a citizen when I was 13 and needed to file an N600 for a certificate for my work and also for my wife's status. Glen filed the paperwork, but never kept me informed as to what was going on. He told me it would take anywhere between 5...-6 months. As it approached month 7 I contacted the paralegal assigned to my case, but she no longer worked there (never was informed of this change). When I tried to get Glen on the phone he avoided my phone calls and only replied to me via email. As I told him my frustrations he only replied to me with his ego claiming that I was taking the wrong tone with him. As I replied further all he did was refund my money and told me to get another lawyer. I even clearly stated to him that all I wanted to do was get to the finish line and that I did not want a refund. I am befuddled by this outcome, because I went to him after reading many great reviews. I'm just lost at this result or lack there of.
