I was injured at work, I was very naïve and ignorant about hiring a lawyer to work for my benefit but after worker's compensation from work and the adjuster of my employer's insurer and did not get the treatment I deserved as well as I was out of work for quite sometime and used all my PTO/Vacation t...ime due to my injury I decided to ask around for a good lawyer and was referred by a friend to Mr. Frank Kearney who on my first meeting was I earned my trust, he was very professional and honest about my case, he answered all my questions, gave me time frame and worked right on it and delivered. It is with great pleasure that I am writing this review for Frank Kearney. Mr. Kearney was my personal injury attorney and I am eternally thankful for the outstanding job Frank did representing me in this case. I am a mid career Manager at a Retail company. I was unfortunately injured at work bad enough my injury requires neck surgery. As if the prospect of neck surgery at the age of 36 was not enough, I received NO support & limited assistance from my employer & their 3rd party Insurance company that handl...es Workers Comp claims for them. Despite medical evidence in my favor & a great track record with my company, my claim was promptly denied by the Insurance company. I was very naive on the process which made me waste valuable time thinking my company would "take care of me". My case took a few months to be heard in front of a Judge to decide whom would be held liable, but during those months Mr. Kearney & his staff stayed in constant contact with me, encouraging me when the future looked bleak, advising me as issues arose & supporting me in any way they could. When you are hurt, financially strained & somewhat "broken", having a team like them on your side is not just advised, it is necessary. Mr. Kearney was able to work out an agreement prior to my hearing, with me receiving every benefit I asked for, medically & financially! A total win, finally. My "case" is still ongoing, medical procedures to come, but I have the utmost faith & confidence that I will receive what is rightfully owed to me. This will ensure my family & I do not have to worry about our future & the ability to provide for my family as a healthy, able bodied man, which was totally in doubt just a few months ago.
