Frank R. Kearney – Nationally Recognized, Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer
Attorney Frank Kearney has spent more than 30 years helping injured people and families after serious work injuries, car accidents, medical malpractice, and long-term disability denials.
Early in his career, Attorney Frank represented insurance companies and corporations. Today, he uses that experience to help people stand up to insurance companies after serious injuries.
Attorney Frank comes from a working-class background. He attended Duquesne University on scholarship, graduated with honors in 1990, and worked his way through George Mason University School of Law, graduating in 1993.
He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, author, and former captain in the United States Army Reserve. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Top Attorneys, Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and Avvo Clients’ Choice. In 2003, he was honored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for his pro bono work representing victims of the 9/11 attacks.
