Was an embarrassment in court. He was shaking while giving the defense and the other attorney ate him alive. we knew we were losing within the first 15 minutes. I wanted to get up and do it myself. It would have been better than anything he ever could do. Do yourself a favor and don't believe what he... tells you..that you have a great case and it should go your way. We were humiliated by him.
