I had the privilege of working with Mr. Herman, as co-counsel, on an arbitration case involving an international franchise for Brazil and Uruguay. As a lawyer, Mr. Herman is extremely efficient and a natural strategist. As a colleague, he knows how to counsel and when to suggest and take suggestions... on the case.
