If you are doing anything related to franchising, including establishing any kind of distribution agreement, Mario is your guy. My area is international business and there are a TON off opportunities out there in the international arena. But there is no replacement for a solid, well-thought-out dis...tribution agreement, especially in international affairs. One of my agreements involved some rather strange yet very serious export control provisions relating to ITAR and department of commerce regs. Mario became an area expert by the time we were done. Was an embarrassment in court. He was shaking while giving the defense and the other attorney ate him alive. we knew we were losing within the first 15 minutes. I wanted to get up and do it myself. It would have been better than anything he ever could do. Do yourself a favor and don't believe what he... tells you..that you have a great case and it should go your way. We were humiliated by him.
