this attorney failed to keep active communication with me in regards to my case. He has been rude to me and my family, and even hung up the phone on me when I called to inquire about the status of my case. In 7 months he has NEVER initially called me, I've ALWAYS called him first. He gave me bad adv...ice when it came to my PIP claim and lost wages. I was instructed to collect from my OWN insurance company instead of the commercial company who accepted full liability. I pray I will never need his services again, and I will not recommend him to anyone else. I only feel he is SOMEWHAT knowledgable because of his years of experience. When speaking with him he seems lackadaisical and unsure with his responses. There was absolutely no urgency or will to complete my small case. 7 months and a case this minor - we should be done by now.
