Knowlegable and fair
Contrary to prior reviews I found Mr. Battino to be one of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. To keep his fees down he suggested I do some of the investigative work myself. rude, abrupt, unhelpful
I called this guy upon recommendation of a lawyer colleague. He rejected my case after reviewing the docket, without giving me a chance to explain what I was looking for and how I hoped he could help me. he wouldn't even explain why. His loss.
