Mr. Battino was hired to get squatters who claimed they had a lease for the previous owners of a property I purchased. He advised me against just calling the police in order to charge me thousands for eviction services I did not need and dragged his feet so he could charge me more. He called me all k...inds of horrible names when I questioned his bill and represented another client on the same day as my court date so that he didn't show up for even the mandatory arbitration and charged me for 3 hours for that. It turned out he was working for the other side as well. This is a horrible dishonest "attorney."
