After dealing with an immigration attorney who turned out to be too laid backed even after a RFE was issued for my immigration case, my employer (with my consent) decided to switch attorneys. This was at a crucial time in my case so obviously it was very stressful for me, my employer and my family. We were recommended Mr. Basyuk by a mutual friend and were immediately impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and calm demeanor. Compared to the first immigration attorney, Mr. Basyuk constantly kept us up-to-date on what to expect next. I am extremely happy to report my work authorization documentation arrived in a timely manner, and my green card came through a lot quicker than we had all expected. My employer is continuing to use Sergey's services; we highly recommend his work and would not hesitate to pass his contact details onto anyone who is looking for a great immigration attorney.

Mr. Sergey Basyuk showed total interest in my case since day 1. He was the third immigration lawyer my husband and I interviewed and definitely our best option. He made sure that he had the complete information about us and understood our priorities, needs and life cycle at that time, which helped a lot to guide us to our right path, as each case is different.
The whole process was clearly explained to us step by step. That helped us a lot and made us feel relax. Also, he was always available for us in person, on the phone, on e-mails to answer any doubt with the best attitude.
My husband and I were so busy at that time with our own jobs, the move to the U.S., the wedding, and so on, that we blindly trusted Mr. Basyuk and let him lead the way. It worked smoothly and simple. I am sure that if we had done this by ourselves we would have been stressed and would have taken longer as it is a process that requires tons of original documents, affidavits, deadlines, application forms, different payments as the process goes along, and so on.
If I have to resume Mr. Basyuk's service, I definitely say fast response, knowledge, respect, commitment, punctuality and good attitude.
My immigration process is finished now, and I would totally recommend Mr. Sergey Basyuk, a trustworthy attorney.
Tal Castro, Business Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Sergey is whip smart and hard working. He has a deep knowledge of business law principles, loves his work, and cares about his clients. One of Sergey's best traits is his warm personality, but he somehow manages to be intense when necessary, especially when representing a client zealously. I give Sergey my strongest endorsement.
