Dedicated to your cause

While I was going through one of the worse times of my life, I heard about the FELSC and it saved my life. As a government employee with a superior employment work record for 30 years, I started being harassed by a coworker. I addressed it with my agency with no success. After dealing with the har...assment for years, I became unable to work and requested a medical accommodation, the agency ignored me. I contacted 20 attorneys and no-one would take my case. I called FELSC and Attorney Rosemary Dettling responded to my desperation. After years of the agency stalling, filing frivolous motions and throwing tantrums, my case finally went to trial. Ms Dettling had to work through an enormous amount of issues, but she stood by me with support and her knowledge of the law. She could have taken on cases that would have paid more but she stuck with me through some really tough times. We won a GREAT settlement due to her hard work. I will be eternally grateful. She is worth the cost.

Victim of Federal EEO harassment

The best decision I made was hiring Ms. Dettling for my federal EEO complaint. After being harassed at my federal job and being subjected to a hostile work environment, I filed an EEO complaint. Then the retaliation started and I had to file another complaint. The stress had become debilitating an...d I had to leave my job but Ms Dettling stepped in at the 11th hour to help me. I am so grateful to her for taking my case, when no-one else would help me. The agency has not acted professionally and the EEO has not been professional in their comments and actions. Ms Dettling has stuck to her ethics and issues and is not giving up on our fight. She even recognized that the agency ignored my request for a medical accommodation and helped me work through that complaint. Her prices have been reasonable, especially considering all the work she has had to do on my case. I am so grateful for her knowledge and determination.

EEO and reprisal case

Ms. Dettling has been my lawyer for over 5 years. My case was on the basis of reprisal from my ex-federal employer. The case led to a second case where she refused to let me go and she has been very faithful and kind. She has been outstanding and was very professional at all times. I won my case and ...I am very thankful for her help.

Outstanding and Understanding

Ms. Dettling was the expert I needed in my MSPB against the US Army. She her expertise guided me through the year long ordeal the agency. During pre-hearing meetings, Ms. Dettling's understanding of the law and similar case law gave me a clear advantage. She is smart, tough and does her homework t...o make sure you have the best case and ability to win. She understood my federal position and was able to ask the questions to get the information she needed for my case. Ms. Dettling is to be able to immerse herself in each of her cases giving her clients the best guidance, advice, and counsel. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. Ms. Dettling is the best of the best.

Best of the Best!

When searching for an attorney to handle my EEO case, I wanted to find one that would represent me as if they were representing themselves. I live in NC and I had no idea where to start looking for an attorney; so, I went online. I googled “EEO attorneys” and came across Ms. Rosemary Dettling. I ...saw that she handled EEO cases for federal employees – I decided to give her a call. I was afraid that the information online was fake so I kept my fingers crossed. Ms. Dettling returned my call and we talked about my case. I was still a little nervous because she was in another state and it was my first time hiring an attorney. During our initial conversation, I could see how serious she was about obtaining information on the case so that she could get started. Especially since I hired her just weeks before my hearing. She did not mess around. Most of my interaction with Ms. Dettling was telephonic. I did not meet Ms. Dettling until the day of the hearing. During the hearing, Ms. Dettling asked all the right questions; I could tell she had done her homework! I was very impressed with her skills. My case is still ongoing. Even though we don’t know what the outcome will be, I am very very satisfied with Ms. Dettling’s work. As a matter of fact, the opposing party’s attorney kept telling me what a great and smart attorney I had. He said if he ever needed an attorney to represent him, he would love to hire her. Ms. Dettling works very hard in preparing for her cases and is very knowledgeable of the federal laws. I would definitely recommend her to handle any case!
