Mrs.Kucinski was assigned to be our mediator...
She was very kind and caring, and did her best to find a mutual agreement between parents in a Hague Convention Case. An agreement wasn't reached, but if there was no conflict of interest, I would definitely love to work with her on a client-attorney basis.
"Melissa was my Best Interests Attorney in a very difficult case. She proceeded in a way that was fair, balanced, and focused on the children."
"I heartily endorse Melissa Kucinski. I know Melissa through the American Bar Association and its International Law Committee. Melissa is an incredibly hard worker, wonderfully diligent, dedicated, and knowledgeable far beyond her years. She easily rivals lawyers with much more experience."
"Ms. Kucinski started out as our intern many years ago and has rapidly become a trusted colleague and a leader in our field. Over the years we have worked together on many different projects to improve how the legal system works for families, and consulted on cases. She is one of the most tireless, hard-working, organized, proactive people I have ever known. She is committed to reaching workable, humane resolutions in her clients' lives by whatever means is needed, whether that is litigation, negotiation, or mediation. She also works to build institutions that will do a better job for families, especially in two cutting-edge areas of rapid change: international families and alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation and collaboration."
