Erin represented me in my divorce, which was done through a Collaborative process/agreement. It was an extremely stressful and emotional period in my life for a variety of factors, but Erin guided me well. This is especially important when emotions (frustration, sadness, anger, you name it) sometimes... cloud your judgement. Despite her court days and other cases, she was always there for me. Her communications both in timeliness and in laying out my options was superb. Her team was great. I also enjoyed working with the divorce coach that she recommended for development of the co-parenting plan. Most importantly, the outcome was terrific. Despite high emotions, the settlement agreement and co-parenting plan were thorough and fair; and the ex and I are still able to communicate and co-parent amicably. I have since heard from friends their experiences in their past or pending divorces, and I appreciate Erin even more that I did before.
