How to navigate Federal Bureaucracy

Get a good lawyer! Kevin has advised our company for years in a very specific area of law, he has assisted us by clearly identifying risks regarding our corporate structure and as a result we are one of few companys in the U.S. able to respond to competetive procurements from various public entiti...es (the majority of our client base) using the appropriate business unit that complies with regulatory requirements, protects the other portions of the corporation, allows us to propose the most cost effective solution, this an important part of sucess and growth. He also prepares and guides various filings through the minefield of the STB and RRB for acquisitions and sale of properties, coverage determinations etc., invariably correctly identifying timelines and likely outcomes. As the primary manager responsible for the types of issues Kevin handles for us I have always found him responsive and consider him a friend as well as asset to the corporation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
