Federal EEO Case

Ms. Friedman promptly responded to my request for an initial consultation on my complaint and provided valuable guidance and insights on the EEO process for federal employees. In addition, her firm's team provided excellent assistance.

Attorney for EO Case

Joanna worked on my very tricky EO case and thanks to her knowledge, expertise and attention to detail, we were able to have a favorable resolution to the case. From the very first consultation, I knew that I was in good hands. She was always very responsive and was great at managing expectations. I ...would hire Joanna again and definitely recommend her for EO cases especially those involving the federal government.

IF YOU NEED TO SLAY YOUR GOLIATH.....GET JOANNA!!

Ms. Friedman assisted me on three ocassions and each time her assistance was invaluable. First time I retained Ms. Friedman for an EEO case, she was with Passman and Kaplan. I was stressed to the point that I could barely function. I was a divorced mother of two small children, limited income and th...e livelihood of caring for my children was threatened. Ms. Friedman was no nonsense and straight to the point and that's what I needed in a lawyer. Ms. Friedman walked me through the process and without her expertise, I would have been an emotional "mess". The second time Ms. Friedman assisted me, she was with a new firm. I contacted her at that firm because I was being harrased by a supervisor for filing the first EEO case. Ms. Friedman explained how I should proceed. I followed her expertise advice and it was successful and her consultation fee was reasonable. The third time (yes) third time Ms. Friedman assisted me, it was two individuals harassing me and they, too, were familiar with my previous EEO case..YES, I was and still work for the same agency. Ms. Friedman again told me how to proceed and both individuals apologized and never harrassed me again. I did not feel that her fee was unreasonable but Ms. Friedman will be my first choice when it comes to employment and labor laws. By-the-way, I didn't mention that she made the agency return me to my career status and when they tried to bambozzle thier decision, she called them on the carpet and held thier feet to the fire. My career status was returned and I am forever grateful. Ms. Friedman will most definitely be my first choice and highly recommended. If you need to slay your Goliath, I recommend Ms. Friedman, without reservation!! I hope that Ms. Friedman's passion and drive for the law will remain and I hope my review will encourage someone in need of representation.

Highly Recommended

I was very pleased with Joanna Friedman as my legal representative. She was knowledgeable, honest, and straight forward in all aspects of my case. I was confident that any issues brought to her attention would be addressed and resolved quickly. She was respectful and mindful of my personal life and w...ell being throughout a very stressful period as well. I would highly recommend her for any future clients that desire a representative who is about handling business in an agressive, but utmost professional manner.

Poor lawyer

Be very careful your only as good to her for as long as your money doesn’t stop. She will continue to press you for more representation if you have the money and her paralegals do most of the work she just bills you more and more until the money runs out.
