James F Green

Attorney James F. Green has nearly 40 years of litigation experience under his belt. He has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and helped shape Ashcraft & Gerel into the exceptional national practice that it is today. He has proudly obtained hundreds of positive verdicts and settlements for his clients and has earned a reputation for integrity and professionalism for himself. He is motivated by a genuine desire to help change clients’ lives for the better.
Mr. Green has been appointed to multi-district litigation committees by various federal court judges to handle complex product liability cases for prescription drugs such as Zyprexa, Fosamax, and Rezulin. He holds a B.A. from St. Anselm College and a J.D. from Suffolk University. Mr. Green is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Virginia, and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
