I have known Jack Wuerker since 1998 when we met at his practice, Wuerker & Triarhos, to work on a plan to distribute stock in our small corporation to key employees. This effort resulted in an equitable and satisfactory distribution of stock, a shareholders agreement and a shareholders management ag...reement. Although this process took several months to work through, we were quite pleased with the results and I decided to refer all of our legal work to Jack.
