Brentwood sued The Wexford Group International, CACI International and three individuals for alleged breach of an agreement that would have entitled Brentwood to a finders fee of $3.5 million. As coun ... sel for defendants, I was successful in securing the dismissal of all defendants except The Wexford Group and was later able to settle the case on terms very advantageous to my clients. It was a case that turned on expert testimony concerning the reasonable value of services and principles of contract law.
