A very competent Lawyer

Dealing with immigration is a very stressful and expensive process especially if you do not have a competent lawyer to represent you. Danielle has handled cases successfully to other friends and family members so I was very confident especially since my case was complicated when I retained her to r...epresent me. Thank God I did. She is very knowledgeable about the process and very professional. She has experience with different cases. When I went in for my citizen interview, she was there with me. I knew we were prepared and ready and was very confident of the result. Needless to say I was successful in getting my citizenship. I will refer any one to Danielle anytime with any immigration situation and I am confident she will be successful in resolving the case.

Nigerian: Deportation cancelled, My ten year greencard given, U.S. citizenship granted

I was in a verrry challenging situation when God divinely ordered my steps to Ms Oswald. I had gone to a lawyer in Sterling Va who claimed to be able to handle my case, this criminal sat on my case for almost 2yrs deducting money from my account, and i was placed on removal proceedings; it was the sc...ariest feeling of my life. I went to Ms Danielle and in less than 10mins she was able to know what way to go with my case. She has young and dedicated lawyers ready to do "research" . she went with me after the deportation was nullified, i got back my greencard, and to the glory of God a few days ago i was sworn in as a U.S citizen. Ms Danielle is not afraid to take risk, she spends time to study, and do research and more research into the U.S system and this is what most immigration lawyers don't do simply because they are very lazy. I never knew i could get my Naturalization so fast, but with her experience, and expertise, i got it soooo fast. I will encourage clients to be patient with her, and follow up closely with her and the lawyer she assigns u to. Lastly, without Jesus Christ this all wouldn't have happened, therefore "faith" is very vital for your breakthrough, so pray hard so God can bless you through your lawyer. She has handled my case from day one, and i will keep recommending her, and i say thanks miss Oswald, u are the best. Ms Oswald goes with you herself to all the interviews especially the N-400, compared to others in the business. Esther, Nigerian.

Political Asylum granted! Thanks to Miss Danielle Beach.

Miss Beach got me through this process with thorough preparation from documentation to follow up towards my court date. She turned around my rather hopeless situation into a success story! At court, I was well prepared to answer questions from the IJ and State attorney. When the judge pronounced my v...erdict "Asylum granted" with no questions from her nor state attorney, I was still in a daze before I realized that court was over! I was before the judge for less than 10 minutes! Miss Beach is the icon! Get every piece of document as evidence she asks from you and your experience will be as sweet n smooth as mine. Hire the best and get results.

Thank You!!

The immigration process is not fun, but having a legal expert as a representative like Danielle is very reassuring. This has been a very difficult process to go through, but Danielle Beach helped us through the process with detailed information involving our case, and how she was handling it. Words c...annot express our appreciation for Danielle's expertise as an immigration lawyer and we say thank you for finally putting an end to this. Above all, Danielle respectfully, responsibly, and wholesomely kept her fiduciary duties. We say thanks to you and your team for your relentless efforts. Thank you!!

The best professional immigration lawyer ever

When I came to Danielle Beach, I was facing removal proceedings after a long stay in the United States. My case was one of the most complicated cases which, according to an asylum officer, such cases appear before them like one in ten years. Danielle Beach's law office was packed with the professiona...ls that gave hope to me both in their professionalism and their respect for clients. Upon the entire time that I've been with them they attended to all my needs and answered all my questions politely and always kept me informed about the progress of my case. I had a lawyer before who was never there when I needed him. Daniel Beach and her associates worked with me every step of the way in the most difficult asylum case until the approval. Even beyond that, she still helps me with legal advice.

"I've known Danielle professionally for many years. She has tirelessly represented immigrants from many parts of the world. She is well known among her peers and is a keen advocate for noncitizens who are in removal proceedings. I have associated with Danielle in legislative-related matters proving her concern is not only executing laws related to her clients, but shaping them as well. I have also worked with Danielle in Maryland driver's license policy issues. I would highly recommend her for your immigration needs."
