I am a military member who was falsely accused of sexual assault by an acquaintance. Several years ago our son was discharged from the military with a discharge characterization of Under Other Than Honorable Conditions. We hired Richard Stevens to represent him before the Discharge Review Board (DRB) to attempt to upgrade his discharge to Under Honorable Conditions. Ultimately, they ...were successful due to Mr. Stevens' efforts on our son's behalf. Mr. Stevens first assisted in preparing and submitting a written appeal to the DRB. The package was compelling. The DRB then granted a personal appearance to our son, and Mr. Stevens appeared with him at the DRB hearing.
