My lawyer, Andrellos Mitchell, is an outstanding litigation attorney. In the estate matter Mr. Mitchell cautiously counseled me about the importance of updating my mother’s will as well as informing me of options I have to assist my mother with her perso...nal and financial affairs as she becomes physically and/or mentally incapacitated. He informed me of the option to Petition the court to become my mom’s Guardian and/or Conservator to assist her in handling her estate. He also gave me sound advice about the uses and purposes of a Power of Attorney and Trusts. After consulting with Mr. Mitchell I felt a great sense of relief about my legal options in the estate planning of my family. In another matter I sought Mr. Mitchell’s legal advice about a real estate matter involving a neighbor who was in violation of the rules in my housing community. I followed Mr. Mitchell’s advice and the matter was resolved without me filing the lawsuit I had anticipated I would have to file in order to get the proper legal relief. Finally, Mr. Mitchell consulted me about some concerns I had on my job. I followed his advice and my concerns were easily put to rest.

I met Mr. Mitchell quite by accident. He immediately spotted there was something seriously bothering me. He invited me to lunch and I got a chance to tell my story.
