My wife's co-worker referred me to Mr. Riddick. Her co-worker told her that Mr. Riddick was thorough, thoughtful, and would get the job done. My case was very complex. I got divorced twenty years ago, and my former attorney DID NOT take care of the pension and retirement issues. So my pension an...d retirement grew substantially. My ex-wife then came back asking for a huge amount of money from both sources of my retirement, including money that I had earned in a government retirement savings plan. Without stating the amount, I will say it was quite substantial. My current wife and I met with Mr. Riddick, and after he explained his thoughts about how we should proceed, hired him the same day. Because of the COVID pandemic, our case was delayed for almost two years in the court system. During that time, we attended an Alternative Dispute Resolution meeting, and reached what we thought was a great resolution to the case. Then my ex-wife tried to back out of the agreement. Mr. Riddick had to file a very complex motion to enforce the agreement, which had been oral. We actually had to have a difficult court hearing in the matter. After the trial, however, the court rendered a decision which ended the matter in our favor. As a result, I have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in my retirement accounts, and my current wife, if anything happens to me, will receive all of my retirement and survivor's benefits. My ex-wife no longer has any interest in any of my retirement benefits. This was a fabulous outcome. And my wife and I were treated so well during the process.
