•Determining the merit of discrimination complaints on appeal, as well as the procedural soundness of the complaints. •Adjudicating appeals of equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints brought by employees and applicants for employment through the federal government. •Write appellate decisions which are rendered on the decisions of federal agencies, EEOC Administrative Judges and, in some cases, the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and vary in scope and complexity.
