Timothy Altemus

Timothy “Tim” Altemus is an associate attorney with Fay Law Group. He draws tremendous satisfaction in advocating on behalf of real people and individuals who have a significant legal problem in their life with which they need help. He comes into any case well-prepared, knowing every conceivable thing there is to know about the individual and their matter. When all preparations are finished, he prepares some more. Attorney Altemus strongly believes that the core job of an attorney is to get their client in as good a position after the case is over as compared to where they were before it started. How that is defined, and how one gets there, is different in every case. It’s the lawyer’s job, therefore, to paint as an accurate picture as they can about the choices the client has and potential outcomes for each choice. As such, he views the attorney-client relationship as one where the lawyer acts as a guide for the client while advocating on their behalf.
