I have handled all types of civil litigation on the defense side including employment litigation, breach of contract, fraud and conspiracy, Most of my cases have been in federal court but I have practiced in state courts as well. I have represented large and small businesses as well as individual defendants. I have also defendant companies in class actions and in multi-district litigation in federal court. My practice has also included cases that involve international issues.

I have defended individuals and companies in complex white collar criminal cases including winning a complete acquittal at trial of a laboratory executive accused of health care fraud. I have experience in grand jury investigations as well. Some of my cases have included charges of fraud, conspiracy, money laundering, RICO, and government contract fraud.
