Biography
A. Dean Betts, Jr., Esquire was born and raised in Seaford, Delaware, the youngest of six children of A. Dean and Rosemary C. Betts. Mr. Betts graduated from Seaford Senior High school in 1983 and attended college at Virginia Tech earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987. Thereafter, Mr. Betts attended the University of Maryland School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree with honors in the spring of 1990. Mr. Betts was admitted to the Delaware Bar on December 13, 1990 and is also a member of the Maryland Bar, the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Bar for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Extreme let down
I hired Mr Betts to represent me in a custody case even though his fees were more than double what I was quoted by other attorneys, I hoped his difference in pricing reflected his dedication and determination to work hard for my case..to say I was let down by Mr Betts is an understatement, after payi...
