Biography
Steve maintains a broad litigation practice, focusing primarily on commercial, fiduciary duty, and personal injury matters. He was educated at the University of Delaware (B.A., 1998) and the Duke University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2002). While at Duke he was a staff editor for the Journal of Law and Contemporary Problems. After law school, Steve spent six years prosecuting criminals, including three years as a prosecutor with the Delaware Department of Justice.
Steve brings the same zeal he had as a prosecutor to all of his civil matters, and has litigated to conclusion matters in every court in the State of Delaware. In addition, Steve advises a number of clients regarding manufactured housing law, the purchase and sale of manufactured housing communities, and has testified before both the State House and Senate regarding manufactured housing issues.
