Adam Perza is a partner of May & Perza, P.A. in Dover and maintains a legal practice that includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, mortgage refinancing, small business acquisitions, landlord/tenant litigation, liquor license acquisition and transfers, wills and estate preparation and probate, and Power Ball lottery prize management.
Professionally Adam is a past vice president of the Delaware Bar Association and past president of the Kent County Bar Association. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering degree, his Doctorate of Law was awarded by Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Prior to a career in law, Adam was an environmental engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
In the community Adam was elected to Dover City Council in 2012 representing south Dover’s Second District. He and his family are members of Holy Cross Parish in Dover and is a Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus.
