She gave me an idea of what the court proceeding would probably look like, and when the day came, the process and the outcome, were just as she'd described. I did not feel like I was just another case. She is an exceptional attorney who I can tell is passionate about her profession, genuinely helping others, and going the extra mile. Kara is honest and approachable. Her courtroom style is assertive, confident and she effectively examines and cross examines concisely, without coming off as snarky or hostile. She always exhibits the utmost of respect and manners to opposing counsel and all involved. I worked with her with on a... very adversarial and hostile custody case and, to speak of her client/attorney relationship skills, is honest, forthcoming, knowledgeable and always returned calls, emails and text messages promptly. (Yes! Even text messages!) Kara's demeanor is appropriate both in an out of the courtroom and, due to the nature of my case, we had to communicate very often.
