Dan's a great lawyer if you're affluent

I hired Dan Lyons 2x and he fought tooth and nail for me in both cases. The outcomes were excellent. The reason I only gave LyonsLaw 4 stars because unless you have $10K+ for a second DUI look elsewhere. Dan caters to the rich. His expertise in law should not be questioned. He's top tier. If yo...u can afford him, get him.

Review of Attorney Dan Lyons

I can honestly write this without any reservations. Dan Lyons is a great attorney. He laid out all of the facts and let me know where I stood at every phase in the process. This was extremely helpful for me because it was my first and only time. He told me early on the possible outcomes of the case e...ither good or bad. He was very transparent and clear cut. This put me at ease during the trial because I knew there would not be any surprises. Mr. Lyons worked diligently on my case to check the ins and outs. He committed 100% He fought for me until I got the best outcome. If you want an attorney that will give it to you straight and will fight for you. I definitely recommend Attorney Dan Lyons.

Skilled and Knowledgeable

My case was complicated and it required assistance and cooperation of lawyers in two states. The charges against me were the result of a driving offense over two states. It was not a DUI It also required expert psychiatric experts. Mr. Lyons understood which expert witnesses to contact. He also ...cooperated with the attorney from the other state and met with him on two separate occasions to discuss the best way to handle the challenges I faced. Mr. Lyons showed respect to me and he met with me when that became necessary. The process took time, but I was kept informed about what was happening as it became necessary. I was found not guilty by reason of insanity, but this did not stop the prosecutor from trying to incarcerate me in a state mental hospital. After many more months, Mr. Lyons drafted a letter to the Judge and she denied the State's motion to have me sentenced to a psychiatric hospital. I would say Mr. Lyons held to his conviction from the start that I was not guilty and he fought to get that result in my case.
