Her services were ok but i wished that they would have put more effort into getting money that was owed to me back from creditors instead of making me wait almost a month. I felt like they did not care about me needing the money so I could pay them with it. I was very upset with that because I felt... like my needs were not important enough for them to go the extra mile and it got to the point where i hated calling the office because I felt like I was bothering them.
