David C Gagne

I couldn't write out in detail if I tried just how bad my divorce was. I was alone, victimized and it seemed like my world was falling apart around me. I would wake up at night constantly questioning weather or not I was going to be able to shelter my children from all that I was going through. ... David was recommended by a friend, and then also recommended by another attorney. I figured, that's two solid recommendations so I'll go with Mr. Gagne. I am thankful to this day that I choose David. I am a high ranking business woman at a Fortune 500 company so I've worked with some of the best executives and some of the more high ranking attorneys in the world. Mr. Gagne tops them all. He made the complex side of the legal issues easy for me to understand. On a practical side he was always diligent in promptly replying to emails and other correspondence. Though the work load in my case with heavy to say the least, David navigated with great precision and ease. Since my working with Mr. Gagne, have referred at least 5 friends and family members and they all have been above and beyond satisfied. David takes a true / sincere interest in your needs and the needs of your family. In summary, he cares. In closing as I opened, I cannot say enough positive things and David Gagne is highly highly recommended.

My sister is disabled and going through an ugly divorce. We went through two other lawyers, who we felt did not understand my sister’s circumstances and her disability. We also felt the previous two lawyers were not aggressive and sharp. However when we meet with Mr. Gagne, he was very sharp and ...understood my sister’s situation/disability. Within few months being with Mr. Gagne, he quickly managed to improve my sister’s financial and child visitations. When we were negotiating with the other side’s lawyer, multiple times I witnessed Mr. Gagne’s sharp and quick to comprehend personality. Mr. Gagne helped me with two different family law cases involving my now ex husband involving a complex property settlement with real estate that was gifted through family on one side. Then again ten years later with a support and custody issues. Also not simple where the support case involved estab...lishing one party's income through accountant testimony because they were self employed. Neither case had an easy solution and Mr. Gagne navigated the entire process to a conclusion each time where I couldn't be happier. I'm grateful he was my attorney!

I had the misfortune of being blindsided by a vicious, all-out attack by the mother of my children including an emergency court order removing me from my home and barring me from contacting my children in any way. As you could imagine, I was surprised, angry, confused, heartbroken, you-name-it.
