William P. Brady (Bill) was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School, Goldey-Beacom College and Widener University School of Law. He is the founder and managing attorney of The Brady Law Firm, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, where his areas of practice include residential and commercial landlord/tenant law, real estate purchase and refinance settlements, representation of homeowners’ and condominium associations, real property litigation and transactional matters, general civil litigation and estate planning and probate.
Bill has over 25 years’ experience as a Delaware attorney and served as President of the Delaware State Bar Association for 2019-20. He is a member of the Association's Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Sections, a past Chair of the Real and Personal Property Section and the Small Firms and Solo Practitioners Section, and is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court. He is also a frequent speaker at Real Estate related Continuing Legal Education seminars in Delaware.
Bill is admitted to practice in Delaware, where he has extensive experience before the Superior Court, Court of Chancery, Court of Common Pleas and Justice of the Peace Courts. He is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. Bill has achieved the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for legal ability and ethics.
Bill also serves on the Board of Directors of the Goldey-Beacom College Alumni Association, is a member of the State of Delaware Common Interest Community Advisory Council and is a Board member of New Castle County Head Start.
