Mr. Foley is a great overall attorney probably the best criminal defense attorney in Delaware (especially New Castle county area). I had a leaving the scene of accident (misdemeanor), and inattentive driving charge the day after Christmas. He keep me posted on my case every couple weeks and what he w...as going to be doing to try and get me the best possible out come for my case. Overall he got the leaving scene of an accident charge dismissed and inattentive driving charge to a no contest so I can avoid any potential civil suit in the future and got me to take defense driving course to get that charge dismissed as well. Great attorney overall.

Tom is a superb professional and if you need an attorney in Delaware you should hire him. We live in New Jersey and on my my son’s drive to school while passing through Delaware he received two tickets. I called multiple attorneys in Delaware and was given either we don’t do traffic tickets to it cou...ld cost a few hundred to a thousand dollars. The money wasn’t this issue. It was more around finding someone to help without us having to go back and forth to Delaware. I searched this site and found Tom.
