Biography
Sara M. Balestra Menei was born in 1987 in Syracuse, New York. She received her B.A. in Hispanic Languages and Literatures with a related concentration in Latin American Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009. In 2012, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law, where she served as President of the Women's Law Caucus and Vice President of the Military Law Society.
In 2013, she was admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. In 2014, she was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Ms. Menei is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association. She is also a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association Amicus Committee. Her practice areas include personal injury (including automobile accidents and premises liability) and insurance law.
