Mr.Roberts helped me so much. I was very emotional during this custody Battle being I was 7 months preg. He taught me less is more when it comes to certain judges and just because the other side is bashing me does not mean its ok to bash them. I learned a lot in this process and Im so thankful he he...lped me win and keep my baby at home where he wanted to stay. WE had Mr.Roberts at another firm before venturing out on his own. He was wonderful. He helped us through what seemed to be, "impossible custody case." His wonderful attitude made our case go by easier then we thought. After many many ridiculous motions from the other party, we won. Now my son is in ...a safe sturdy wonderful home and is doing fantastic! He put in a lot of hard work with us and it really paid off! Hopefully we wont need another attorney but if we do we are coming back to Mr.Roberts.

Throughout my case, Mr. Roberts has been wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, and well prepared. He is very professional as well as confident in and out of the court room. He makes sure that you are always up to date, leaving no “surprises”. He is almost always a email away, even on holidays and week...ends. He has extensive experience in the legal field as well as in investigations and the police force. He is very down to earth and easy to work with. When I first contacted Mr. Roberts on the phone, I explained that as a single parent paying everything alone, I did not have very much to offer him. He assured me to schedule a consultation and we would work out the details later. After meeting with him and explaining my case, he offered me a great price and explained how he would go about seeing that my child and I received all the help we deserved.
