My younger brother died at Wilmington Hospital in what their Director of Patient safety and other doctors there called an "unexpected death". My M.D. associates and others (PIs) believe that what occurred is likely more than (extensive) medical negligence. (I also have an M.D., from Cornell Medical C...ollege) Records were falsified and fabricated from the start of my brother's arrival at the hospital. The attending then provided what the ME called "disinformation" in an initial attempt to prevent investigation by his office. Nevertheless, Lengkeek took my case information, and then almost immediately dropped any review of the matter based on some issue he characterized as: "regardless of the relevance to your brother’s passing". That is not acceptable. He did not even for a single second discuss anything with me about any issue. He is no credible investigator. I would not trust this attorney with your case whatsoever.

Met Tim late in 2009 after a January car accident which he handles after my PIP ran out. Due to personally knowing my boss we had not filed a W/C claim and since she had us run errors after work we did not know the law. Buy Tim did and he worked with his office and my husband to come up with a plan t...o get the employer to tell the truth that I was covered . We won the claim but she fought it again and lost a 2nd time. They have dragged me to the labor board to make me go back to work and never told the person they hired that I had a brain injury just a slight speech problem and that I could not sit for very long. My medical records stated I had injured my left shoulder and needed surgery and one of the jobs he had for me was toll taker using left hand. Brain injury can't count money, type understand people at a normal speed of speech, but the employers lawyer had the employer give him my resume I had given her when she hired me and oh boy did she talk up my abilities. Not one job was I capable of doing and Tim dug in and broke it all down to the fact that the employer did not want to keep paying the claim. We trust Tim because he listens , knows the law and is very calm unless someone is out of line. Don't hesitate to hire him. If you are completely truthful he will back you up all the way!
