Rafael represented me and a group of fellow claimants during a prolonged, multi-year chapter 11 filing by a major international corporation. Our rights as claimants were denied by the corporation; we hired Rafael and his team to represent us throughout the bankruptcy proceeding with the aim of assert...ing our validity as claimants and securing the highest monetary settlement. He did it. Having done that successfully, he proceeded to organize an optimal tax treatment for us from the IRS; this involved specialists who worked directly with the IRS over some years.
